Objective
Learn how to use time effectively.
Developing an action plan to manage personal time.
Sub goals:
- Learn to define effectiveness areas (or result areas) taken in account the objectives of the department.
- Learn to define objectives and major tasks and fit them into their time management.
- Learn to work with action plans in order to reach objectives.
- Learn to identify and deal with time robbers.
Planning:
1st training day: 12/05 --> online via Zoom in 2 parts
- 1st part = Tuesday 12th of may from 9am till 12h30, with a pauze of 0,5h in between 2 sessions of 1,5h.
- 2nd part = suggestion --> thursday may 28th from 9am till 12h30 with the same scheme
2nd training day: was planned on friday 12th of june. Depending on Corona measures we can organize this in a classroom or online. In the last case, we will split up in 2 parts again on june 12th and 23th (suggestion). To be confirmed with all participants.
