We are looking for a highly self-motivated, results oriented and solutions driven Management Trainee with a general interest in all levels of a business and a general interest in developing new technologies. After completing our management trainee program, you will be assigned to a full-time position in Sales.
The management trainee program is designed for recent university graduates who are highly motivated and have the potential to excel as future global leaders at Mountville Mills. The training program is customized to meet the skills of the employee along with the needs of the company.
The program offers challenging work assignments along with hands on training in manufacturing, quality control, administration, sales & marketing, and logistics. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and learn by successfully completing various projects in the different departments.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Master or bachelor degree
• Strong sales skills for new account development
• Fluent written & verbal skills in English
• Additional languages are a plus
• 2 years previous working experience

• Able to work autonomously, in a structured and efficient way
• Self-motivated, dedicated with an excellent attitude
• Willing to learn the foundations of the business before moving into Sales
• Passion for doing what is best for customers is a must
• Strong sense of urgency, listening, communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
